SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 2 days after your purchase. If all conditions. are normal, your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 days. ​ There are no deliveries on Sunday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

 

Every order receives a Track-and-Trace, so that you can follow your package every moment. The courier service automatically sends an e-mail

If you have not received a code, you can always contact us.

Return and exchange policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund,  or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date of arrival. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@evolvedstore.eu to obtain  authorization.  After receiving authorization, you will receive a return label from us. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and include your orderdetail (order number and name),  and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, after submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, an amount of €5 will be deducted from the refund when you use the label that you received via email. If you use another delivery service, the costs of the return shipment are for your own account and you need to notify us in advance. 
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by the customer.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 1 week from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 3-5 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
